Charged with completing the interior build-out of a raw shell space, our team shaped the environment into a professional, calming, and welcoming facility designed to meet the needs of both clients and staff.
The Tarmak project in Tampa, Florida. This 39,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building serves as a warehouse for a direct importer of natural stones, featuring a large showroom, offices, and meeting spaces.
Our Team collaborated with Dr. Bob Encinosa to design a space that met his need to expand but also complemented their existing building. The final design resulted in an extra 14,000 sf of exam, surgery, recovery, grooming and boarding spaces.
